CloudRoam

Cookie Policy

Last updated:
This template explains how CloudRoam uses cookies and similar local storage. We keep it minimal: we do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

What we use

CloudRoam uses only what is necessary to run. We do not use analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies, so there is no consent banner to manage those.

NameTypePurpose
garderobapp_tokenLocal storageKeeps you signed in (your session token). Stored in your browser, not a server cookie.
garderobapp_cc_<id>Local storageOnly if you choose “keep keys in my browser” for a connector: holds that connector’s credentials locally. Never sent to us for storage.
UI preferencesLocal storageRemembers view settings such as the last bucket or vault you opened.

Strictly necessary

All of the above are strictly necessary for the service to function (authentication and your explicit configuration). Because we use no non-essential cookies, no opt-in consent is required under typical cookie rules, though you may clear this data at any time via your browser settings — doing so will sign you out and remove any browser-held credentials.

Third-party providers

When you are redirected to a provider (Microsoft, Dropbox) to authorize access, that provider may set its own cookies under its own policy. We do not control those cookies.

Changes & contact

We may update this policy; changes are posted here with a new date. Questions can be sent to the contact address on our website.
